Pulse Rewards – Terms & Conditions
Pulse Rewards is exclusively available to eligible CA ANZ New Zealand members who purchase qualifying insurance products through Pulse Insure CA ANZ Member Benefits Page.
The Pulse Rewards campaign applies to qualifying policies incepted from 15th June 2026 till 15 June 2027, unless extended, amended, or withdrawn earlier by Pulse Insure.
To be eligible for Pulse Rewards, members must:
● hold a current eligible CA ANZ New Zealand membership;
● purchase a qualifying new business insurance policy through Pulse Insure; and
● maintain the policy in active and paid status following the applicable cooling-off period.
Key Conditions:
● Rewards apply to eligible new business policies only.
● Renewals, endorsements, reinstatements, replacement policies, and policy amendments are excluded unless otherwise determined by Pulse Insure.
● A mandatory 30-day cooling-off period applies to all qualifying policies.
● Rewards can only be redeemed after 30 days from the policy inception date.
● Reward claims must be submitted within 90 days of the policy inception date.
● Limit of one Pulse Reward per eligible member per calendar year.
● Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All reward claims are subject to validation and approval by Pulse Insure, including confirmation of membership eligibility and qualifying policy purchase.
Rewards may include digital vouchers, gift cards, or promotional offers provided by selected third-party reward partners. Reward partners and reward offerings may change from time to time without notice.
Pulse Insure reserves the right to withhold, decline, revoke, or cancel any reward where eligibility requirements are not met, inaccurate information is provided, or the qualifying policy is cancelled, unpaid, or lapses during the qualifying period.
Insurance products remain subject to insurer underwriting acceptance, policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and premium payment requirements.
